A major European insurance group set out to unify its digital sales process across multiple brands and product categories.
The goal was to design a faster, simpler, and brand-consistent experience for purchasing property, travel, and motor insurance — all built on one shared technological platform.

A flexible design system ensured that each brand maintained its own visual identity while sharing a unified UX foundation.

Two brands, two distinct audiences — but one system. The previous online purchasing flow was long, complex, and fragmented, causing users to abandon the process before completing their policy purchase.
