The platform needed to engage two distinct audiences — passionate players and potential employees. Each required a unique journey while maintaining the studio’s authentic and imaginative voice. The experience had to merge storytelling, employer branding, and community engagement within one coherent system.
Approach
Through research with players and candidates, we identified their key motivations and expectations. The site structure was designed around two parallel paths:
One leading directly to game worlds, news, and stories. Another focused on career opportunities, company culture, and creative values.
